Your petition will encourage president Herve Richer to stand his ground and remain faithful to Catholic doctrine: Because God created male and female. (Gen 1:27) But as always, the homosexual agenda is crying foul using a warped notion of discrimination. While the homosexual act is intrinsically evil, that is, under no circumstance can it ever be legitimate; discrimination is altogether different. In fact, discriminating against sin can be an act of virtue.
Simply put, if we love something good we hate its opposite.
To change one’s sex is a biological impossibility and a great sin against God’s design for each person. Transgenderism is the latest demand of the broader homosexual movement that wants to erase God’s plan for mankind.
No Catholic would ever reject a sinner who is repentant and fights to overcome inherent bad tendencies or habits. But Catholic schools should not be forced to violate Church teaching in order to accommodate a movement such as transgenderism that publicly promotes sin.
If we love the purity of holiness taught by Our Lord and Savior we must love good and reject sin, and in doing so, rightly discriminate against all that is sinful or that might lead to sin.
Therefore, loving the sinner does not exclude hating the sin.
It is precisely because we love the sinner that we hate the sin and cannot condone sinful behavior. Unfortunately, transgender people are attempting to oblige us to accept their choice of lifestyle and the bad example they set for our children.
Ultimately, the objective of the homosexual agenda is to force the Catholic Church to accept every form of sexual expression, or be eliminated. We must fight against evil in all of its forms or risk the annihilation of Christian Civilization.
Encourage president Herve Richer to uphold Church teaching and protect his students from transgenderism
