Ask Bishop Glettler to Remove the Obscene Photo of homosexual Activist From Above the Tabernacle

Bishop Hermann Glettler, the Catholic bishop of Innsbruck, Austria, has just installed a blasphemous photograph above the altar in the historic University Church of Saint John Nepomuk.

The image was placed in the Church as a “Lenten” decoration. The photograph is displayed above the former main altar and depicts David Apakidze, a young homosexual man with tattoos and scars. The photo is too obscene to describe.

Apakidze, a homosexual activist, has an Instagram account with many immoral pictures. He supports transgenderism and abortion, saying, “Abortion is a sacral act in which a woman reclaims the right to reproduce
.”

Bishop Glettler specifically chose the image and said that it “is a very strong fasting and Easter symbol!”

Bishop Glettler is known for supporting homosexuality in the Church. He has campaigned for the blessing of same-sex couples, “As a church, we would like to offer all people who are gay, lesbian, or insecure about their sexuality a welcome and a spiritual home in the Church – and not only at the point when they are celibate
.” He also believes that women should be allowed to be ordained priests and says that the Church’s stance on the issue is “inequality” and “difficult to justify.”

This image now stands above the tabernacle, where Our Lord Jesus Christ is held, truly present in the Eucharist. It will remain there for the duration of Lent.

This act of blasphemy must be stopped and the image taken down. Let us protest and ask that this display be taken down so Our Lord will no longer be offended.
