Recently, Nickelodeon produced a children’s music video featuring a drag queen promoting “pride” month. The title of the children’s song is “The Meaning of Pride.”

The man, pretending to be a woman, sings about the meaning and symbolism of the rainbow flag. He also encourages the children, singing, “Doesn’t it just fill you with pride, showing who you are on the inside? With the pride flag up high, be true to you.”
Children are extremely impressionable, which means the media they view and consume can be detrimental to their moral formation. What they view now can affect them for the rest of their lives.
Taking a Principled, Not a Personal Stand
The pro-homosexual and transgender ideology being promoted by Nickelodeon is objectionable and not suitable for anyone, above all for children.
